Welcome to SelectSee
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the SelectSee platform, provided by Proview360 Sàrl, a Swiss company established in 2014.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SelectSee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
Your continued use of SelectSee constitutes acceptance of any modifications to these terms.

SelectSee is a comprehensive real estate marketing platform designed to showcase property projects through:
- Interactive masterplan navigation and 3D building exploration
- Property listings with detailed floor plans and media
- Advanced filtering and search capabilities
- Document management and inquiry forms
- Analytics and reporting tools for developers
3. User Accounts and Access
To access certain features of SelectSee, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
Account Security
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Accurate Information
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update it as necessary.
Single Account
Not create multiple accounts for the same user or share your account with others.
Responsibility
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
When using SelectSee, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform’s operation or servers
- Use the platform for any fraudulent or malicious purposes
- Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer any portion of the platform
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality on SelectSee, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design, are the exclusive property of Proview360 Sàrl and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use SelectSee for its intended purposes. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the platform or its content.
6. User Content
When you upload or submit content to SelectSee (such as property listings, images, documents, or descriptions), you retain ownership of your content. However, you grant Proview360 Sàrl a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the platform.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of SelectSee is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. As a Swiss company, we comply with Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (FADP) and applicable data protection regulations.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your data through industry-standard security measures.
8. Service Availability and Modifications
We strive to maintain SelectSee’s availability at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
SelectSee is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use SelectSee at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Proview360 Sàrl and its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SelectSee, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Loss of data or information
- Service interruptions or delays
- Errors or inaccuracies in content
- Unauthorized access to your account or data
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Proview360 Sàrl and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of SelectSee, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SelectSee at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Use.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and any associated content.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of SelectSee shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
