1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Proview360 Sàrl, operating under the trade name SelectSee (“the Company”, “SelectSee”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses, stores and protects personal data of users and visitors of the platform available in particular at selectsee.com (the “Platform”).
SelectSee processes personal data in accordance with applicable Swiss law, in particular the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), and also complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where it applies (in particular where individuals are located in the EU/EEA).
The Platform may be used from Switzerland and from other countries. Certain rules (cookies, consent, international transfers) may therefore vary depending on the user’s jurisdiction.
2. Roles and scope (controller / processor)
Depending on the context, SelectSee may act as:
a data controller: for example, for account administration (customer users), operation and security of the Platform.
a data processor: where a customer uses SelectSee to publish a project and collect expressions of interest. In that context, the customer is generally the controller for visitors’ data, and SelectSee acts on the customer’s instructions.
Important: if you are a visitor of a real estate project published on SelectSee, your data is primarily processed on behalf of the customer responsible for the project. Requests related to your rights should ideally be addressed to the customer. However, SelectSee may assist and redirect the request where necessary.
3. Data we collect
3.1 Data provided by users (customers / accounts)
We may collect:
- first and last name
- business phone number
- role / job title
- content uploaded to the Platform (plans, images, PDFs, videos, etc.)
- email address
- company information (legal name, address, country, etc.)
- preferred language
- communications and requests sent to SelectSee (support, sales requests, etc.)
3.2 Project visitors’ data (leads)
When visitors submit an interest form (e.g. for an apartment/unit):
- first and last name
- phone number
- message
- date and time of submission
- project / unit viewed (if applicable)
This data is transmitted to the customer responsible for the project so that they can respond to the request.
3.3 Analytics data (usage)
Subject to configuration and consent where required:
- pages viewed
- clicks and interactions
- traffic source (if available)
- visit duration
- units/apartments viewed
3.4 Technical data
- IP address
- browser
- server logs, technical identifiers and security information
- device type
- operating system
4. Purposes and legal bases (FADP / GDPR where applicable)
We use personal data to:
provide, maintain and improve the Platform
create and manage user accounts
enable the display and operation of real estate projects
transfer visitors’ requests to the customer responsible for the project
ensure security and prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorised access
analyse service usage (statistics, performance, optimisation)
communicate with users (support, service information, important changes)

7. Hosting, processors and international transfers
7.1 Hosting
By default, data is hosted in Switzerland. However, SelectSee may use providers located in Switzerland, the EU/EEA or other countries (e.g. email services, CDN, analytics, support), depending on technical needs.
7.2 International transfers
If personal data is transferred outside Switzerland and/or outside the EU/EEA, SelectSee implements appropriate safeguards where required, for example:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other recognised mechanisms
- additional security measures where necessary
- compliance with the FADP and, where applicable, the GDPR
A list of categories of processors and/or relevant information may be provided upon request where possible, subject to confidentiality and security obligations.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against:
