1. Introduction

La présente politique de confidentialité explique comment Proview360 Sàrl, opérant sous le nom commercial SelectSee, collecte, utilise, stocke et protège les données personnelles des utilisateurs et visiteurs de la plateforme accessible notamment à selectsee.com.

SelectSee traite les données personnelles conformément au droit suisse applicable, notamment la Loi fédérale sur la protection des données (LPD), et respecte également le RGPD lorsque celui-ci s’applique.

La plateforme peut être utilisée depuis la Suisse et d’autres pays. Certaines règles peuvent donc varier selon la juridiction de l’utilisateur.

2. Rôles et portée (responsable / sous-traitant)

Selon le contexte, SelectSee peut agir en tant que :

responsable du traitement : par exemple pour l’administration des comptes, le fonctionnement et la sécurité de la plateforme.

sous-traitant : lorsqu’un client utilise SelectSee pour publier un projet et collecter des manifestations d’intérêt.

Important : si vous êtes visiteur d’un projet immobilier publié sur SelectSee, vos données sont principalement traitées pour le compte du client responsable du projet.

3. Data we collect

3.1 Data provided by users (customers / accounts)

We may collect:

  • first and last name
  • business phone number
  • role / job title
  • content uploaded to the Platform (plans, images, PDFs, videos, etc.)
  • email address
  • company information (legal name, address, country, etc.)
  • preferred language
  • communications and requests sent to SelectSee (support, sales requests, etc.)

3.2 Project visitors’ data (leads)

When visitors submit an interest form (e.g. for an apartment/unit):

  • first and last name
  • email
  • phone number
  • message
  • date and time of submission
  • project / unit viewed (if applicable)

This data is transmitted to the customer responsible for the project so that they can respond to the request.

3.3 Analytics data (usage)

Subject to configuration and consent where required:

  • pages viewed
  • clicks and interactions
  • traffic source (if available)
  • visit duration
  • units/apartments viewed

3.4 Technical data

  • IP address
  • browser
  • server logs, technical identifiers and security information
  • device type
  • operating system

4. Purposes and legal bases (FADP / GDPR where applicable)

We use personal data to:

provide, maintain and improve the Platform

create and manage user accounts

enable the display and operation of real estate projects

transfer visitors’ requests to the customer responsible for the project

ensure security and prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorised access

analyse service usage (statistics, performance, optimisation)

communicate with users (support, service information, important changes)

GDPR legal bases (where applicable) include:

performance of a contract and pre-contractual steps (e.g. account creation, service delivery)
legitimate interests (e.g. security, service improvement, abuse prevention)
consent (e.g. certain cookies/analytics tools depending on jurisdiction)
legal obligation (e.g. accounting requirements, lawful requests by authorities)

5. Cookies and analytics tools

The Platform may use:

strictly necessary cookies (operation, security, sessions)

audience measurement / analytics cookies (depending on configuration)

user experience improvement tools (e.g. heatmaps) where needed

Where required by law (in particular in certain EU/EEA jurisdictions), analytics and non-essential cookies are set only after consent via a cookie banner or preference manager. You can also configure your browser to block or delete certain cookies (note: this may reduce functionality).

6. Data sharing (recipients)

Personal data may be shared with:

  • customers responsible for real estate projects (for visitors’ requests)
  • our technical service providers acting as processors (hosting, email, support, analytics, monitoring, backups)
  • public authorities where required by law or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims
SelectSee never sells personal data.

7. Hosting, processors and international transfers

7.1 Hosting

By default, data is hosted in Switzerland. However, SelectSee may use providers located in Switzerland, the EU/EEA or other countries (e.g. email services, CDN, analytics, support), depending on technical needs.

7.2 International transfers

If personal data is transferred outside Switzerland and/or outside the EU/EEA, SelectSee implements appropriate safeguards where required, for example:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or other recognised mechanisms
  • additional security measures where necessary
  • compliance with the FADP and, where applicable, the GDPR

A list of categories of processors and/or relevant information may be provided upon request where possible, subject to confidentiality and security obligations.

8. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against:

unauthorised access
loss
alteration
disclosure

These measures may include (as applicable): access controls, least-privilege policies, encryption in transit, logging, backups, recovery procedures and security monitoring.

9. Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described, and then delete or anonymise it, subject to legal obligations.

Indicatively:

account data:

for the term of the contractual relationship, then for a reasonable period for administration, security and legal claims

uploaded content:

for the duration of service use and according to customer settings

visitor requests (leads):

transmitted to the customer; SelectSee may retain limited technical records (logs) for security and proof of transmission

technical logs:

for a limited period, proportionate to security and diagnostics needs

legal obligations:

certain data may be retained longer where required by law (e.g., accounting, disputes)

10. Your rights

Under the FADP and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may request:

access to your data
rectification
erasure (within legal limits)
restriction of processing
data portability (where applicable)
objection to processing (where applicable)
Project visitors: if your request relates to a customer project (e.g. an interest form), the customer responsible for the project is generally the primary contact. You may also contact SelectSee, which can redirect the request where necessary.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent authority. In Switzerland, this is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC); in the EU/EEA (where applicable), the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy at any time. The most recent version is published on the Platform. Where changes are material, we may inform users through appropriate means (e.g. notification or email, depending on context).
